There have been many killings before in the Philippines that were carried out with a particular purpose. That has always been the case of political media killings. Silence the nosy and the noisy. When it stopped being this, events turn for the worse.
By killing innocent people during a time when political heat can be exerted from all corners of the world, the killers have made themselves targets from all sides.
But they will not take the bullet for this. They will hide behind shields of women, children and the weak. Seeking to thwart the very counter strike they have set in motion.
Anyone who has read the news about the massacre will definitely condemn it. But what about the families of the people who are guilty? Do they think that it was worth the kill? Do they take pleasure in seeing other people quiver with anger, fear and hatred? Such discord, such waste of human life, such disregard.
The solution, magnify what they have created, take the pictures and post it in billboards surrounding the city. Remind people that their land has been a killing field and that their continued silence will make it go on and on.

Combined efforts of all the military forces in the Philippines will be helpless against fanatics but dowsing the fanatics with the after effect of their own folly may tip the scale towards valuing human life.
Such waste. Let them see it. Let them SEE it clearly.
